Jocelyn Tejeda grew up in the Bronx and attended a local high school in Harlem. She received her B.A. from the University of Buffalo in International Business and World Trade. She went on to do graduate work at Buffalo State College and earned her Master’s Degree in Personal Administration, Consultation, and Higher Education. Full Story
