Student Advisement

The director meets with students to discuss and offer support on any personal, academic and/or general college life matter. The director can also assist student leaders in event planning and implementation.

A wide variety of student organizations that share common ALANA goals utilize the Center as a base to plan, develop and implement, educate, and host social and cultural events. Some of these events are held at the Center and others at other campus venues. These organizations, in a comfortable and affirming environment, meet to engage in intra-cultural and cross-cultural dialogues during weekly general body meetings.
